PERFECT GRILLMAN

We hired Grillman Tom for our wedding as the main caterer, and we definitely don't regret it. Everyone was licking their lips :-) Tom provided everything in perfect quality—the meat was marinated and seasoned in advance, with several varieties so that absolutely everyone could find something they liked. Thanks to his thorough preparation and perfect timing, he handled the rush of wedding guests after the ceremony (about 70 people!!) with ease; everything was fragrant and warm, and no one had to wait too long. Several courses were served—grilled ribs (truly a delicacy!), chicken for those on a diet, and in the second round, a Cuban burger, a treat that was a surprise and a nice change of pace from the usual wedding cutlets and beef tenderloin. Everyone started smiling as soon as they caught a whiff of Tom's fragrant food stand and the characteristic scent of barbecue smoke. Tom isn't just a pro in his field—he's also a fun guy, and it's a joy to watch him at work. As a nice finishing touch, once everyone had finished eating, he even brought us a beautifully artistic fruit dessert that was almost too pretty to eat. But hey, you only get married twice or three times in a lifetime :-D

Tomáš can work wonders not only with wood, but with anything he can get his hands on. His souped-up BBQ grills are just further proof of this, so it's no wonder he can also whip up amazing homemade BBQ delicacies that taste nothing like store-bought meat. He's always coming up with new ideas—salads, sauces, and specialties—that are well worth trying. I hired him for my anniversary celebration, where he prepared a feast for more than thirty guests, who were thrilled with his grilled ribs and various steaks. Plus, Tomáš is a great entertainer—he's always up for a good time and knows how to keep the mood lively. I recommend his services to anyone who wants to savor the indescribable flavor of his ribs, steaks, and salads while having a great time. It's clear what we'll be grilling at our next party—I just need to book the date in advance so he's available……..

Our wedding is now behind us, and I'd like to thank and recommend the grill chef Tomáš Minařík.

The original plan was a wedding reception followed by an afternoon barbecue. But Tomáš put together such a great proposal that we decided on an all-day barbecue instead. He and his wife served all the food themselves, and even the most seasoned eaters were delighted. They made pancakes for the kids and popcorn several times—even an 80-year-old uncle took some home, saying it was the first time in his life he'd actually enjoyed it.

The menu also includes desserts; we chose the lava cake, which was fantastic. The family couldn't believe that one person behind the grill could feed so many people (so we also had goulash and schnitzel—and I still have some in the freezer to this day), and he handled it absolutely perfectly. He devoted a lot of time to planning the menu; we discussed everything several times and adjusted it based on the weather 😅. Tomáš is great at adapting to any conditions; he's experienced, and the one thing he never compromises on is the quality of his food.

He fit in with us perfectly—he chatted with everyone, grilled the last few pieces at 2 a.m. (he'd been on his feet for 24 hours), and I didn't see him take a break once.

Tomáš is great, and the grill is great. We recently celebrated a 50th birthday, and Tomáš—our longtime friend—showed up with the Lokogril, and the party really got going: delicious meat, salad, and, best of all, the atmosphere that Tom always nails perfectly. When daylight runs out, the entire Lokogril area lights up and "the party goes on," so you don't have to worry about grilling after dark. Simply satisfaction in every way—we highly recommend it!
